About me

I believe what helps an organisation or an individual achieve great impact is knowing their 'why' and staying true to it.  With 20 years experience as a frontline worker, founder CEO, Head of service,  strategic and transformational leader, coach  and service designer, I want to share my knowledge, experience and skills with people who desire to explore their  'why' both personal and professional, existing and aspiring leaders and people who want to turn their ideas into a business or service through my workshop and  coaching services.

My Story
Transformational Leader | Social Innovator | Strategic Thinker | Coach &  Mentor

For over 20 years, I have been at the forefront, creating and delivering community , support and advice intervention services across London and the UK, leading teams and designing services that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. From my early days as a social worker to managing Tower Hamlets’ renowned Family Intervention Project, I have dedicated my career to embedding impactful, person-led, and holistic support services that empower individuals and strengthen communities.

As the Founder and CEO of Kineara CIC, an award-winning social enterprise, I have led high-impact programmes tackling housing challenges, poverty, social exclusion, unemployment, and educational inequality. My commitment to systemic change also extends to my role on the London Housing Panel, where I co-chair the Temporary Accommodation Working Group, providing evidence-based recommendations to The Mayor and local government to address London's housing crisis.

Working with large Housing  I lead cross-functional teams to deliver sector-leading services that promote tenancy sustainment, financial inclusion, mental and physical wellbeing, and sustainable employment.

But beyond the titles and achievements, my passion lies in people—in building solutions that truly work for those facing the toughest challenges, in fostering cross-sector partnerships that drive lasting change, and in supporting leaders to create impactful, value-driven organisations.

Let’s Work Together

I believe that real change happens when leaders stay connected to their core values, invest in their teams’ wellbeing, and take bold steps toward transformation. Whether you’re an organisation looking to embed meaningful social impact or a leader seeking guidance on strategic growth, I’d love to collaborate.

My leadership journey

My transformational leadership skills have supported teams through challenging systemic change by focusing on the fundamental values that bind organisations together, leading teams to fulfil their shared vision.

12 years ago, I founded Kineara CIC & Charity, which designs and delivers tailored support and advice programmes and projects that offer people a helping hand during challenging times. We've delivered support to hundreds of households, helping them to sustain their tenancy, address financial challenges, attain a good education, get back into employment and improve their wellbeing.  As CEO I experienced many hurdles that will be familiar to anyone in the sector - struggling for resources, competing for funding, managing sector-wide change, overwhelming need in the community. But throughout, what was most important to me was to stay  grounded in our purpose, keep the long term vision in mind,  and adapt to the changing environment and need around us.

My experience

Throughout my career and life, I have worked alongside people to identify the barriers that prevents them from reaching their goals. I am trained to provide  group and 1:1 systemic supervision and have a Diploma in CBT & Coaching (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Mentoring. I also have a CMI Level7 Extended Diploma Strategic Management and Leadership; a Diploma In Systemic Supervision For Multiple Contexts; a BA Honors in Social Care from the University of Greenwich and a Diploma in Social Work & Higher Education.

Outside of this, I am a lover of art, music, and fitness. I enjoy writing songs, singing and play an active part in my local church community. By my own admission I'm not too bad of a cook either.
